NLRB Has Authority Over Tribe's Casinos, 10th Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 7:34 PM ET) -- The National Labor Relations Board asked the Tenth Circuit on Monday to direct the Chickasaw Nation to recognize the board's jurisdiction in the tribe's casinos and previous order relating to casino employees, in a suit that mirrors two cases pending in the Sixth Circuit.
