Investor Group Pours $900M Into American Express JV

Law360, New York (March 17, 2014, 8:29 PM EDT) -- An investor group led by Certares LP is putting forth $900 million in exchange for 50 percent ownership in a joint venture that American Express Co. is creating by separating its global business travel division, the two sides said Monday.
