Vestar Capital Puts Up $364M For Top Proxy Adviser ISS

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 1:21 PM EDT) -- Private equity firm Vestar Capital Partners will buy a unit of stock market index provider MSCI Inc. for $364 million, the companies said on Tuesday, in a deal designed to boost Vestar's ability to offer its clients corporate governance solutions.
