Recusal Of Philly Bench Sought In Pa. Justice's Libel Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (March 18, 2014, 2:02 PM EDT) -- The parent company of Philadelphia’s two major daily newspapers argued Friday that the entire bench of the city’s court system should be recused from presiding over a libel suit brought by state Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffery and his wife.
