Allens Creditor Wants Sanctions For Freeborn & Peters Atty

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A creditor of bankrupt frozen vegetable manufacturer Allens Inc. filed a motion in Arkansas bankruptcy court Tuesday for sanctions against the Freeborn & Peters LLP attorney overseeing the company’s Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act claims, saying he unlawfully objected to some of the creditor’s claims.
