Law360, New York (March 19, 2014, 2:38 PM EDT) -- TreeHouse Foods Inc. is contemplating making a bid for Michael Foods Group Inc., a firm valued between $2 billion and $2.5 billion that has already drawn interest from food industry goliath Tyson Foods Inc., according to a Wednesday report from Reuters. If TreeHouse wins out, the acquisition would essentially double its market value.
