Sens. Seek More Clarity On FDA's Mobile Medical App Stance

Law360, Washington (March 19, 2014, 6:18 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan group of six senators on Wednesday urged the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to further clarify its stance toward the regulation of mobile medical applications after issuing recent guidance on the issue, saying more transparency is needed to promote innovation and protect patients.
