Sanofi Sues Alkem Over Generic Heart Medication

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 6:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. subsidiary of French pharmaceutical company Sanofi SA hit Indian drugmaker Alkem Laboratories Ltd. with a lawsuit in Illinois federal court Wednesday seeking to block the manufacture, import or sale of a generic version of its heart rhythm medication Multaq.
