5th Circ. Returns Miss. LCD Price-Fixing Suit To State Court

Law360, Los Angeles (March 19, 2014, 10:11 PM EDT) -- The Fifth Circuit on Wednesday remanded to state court the Mississippi attorney general's suit alleging electronics makers fixed prices on liquid crystal displays, rebuffing a last-ditch effort to keep the case in federal court after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that parens patriae suits brought by states don't count as mass actions under the Class Action Fairness Act.
