FERC Gives Thumbs-Up To Wash. Tidal Energy Project

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 1:16 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday issued a license for a pilot tidal energy project in Washington's Puget Sound, brushing aside concerns over potential impacts on an underwater telecommunications cable system running between the U.S. and Japan.
