Ala. Backs TRIA Renewal As 8 States Mount Similar Support

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 6:59 PM EDT) -- Alabama's Legislature and governor have formally urged the U.S. Congress to keep alive the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act's reinsurance program, which is set to expire at the end of the year, a campaign that lawmakers in at least eight other states have taken up.
