EU Opens Myanmar Investment Talks

Law360, New York (March 20, 2014, 7:23 PM EDT) -- The European Union and Myanmar launched negotiations Thursday for an investment protection pact, an announcement that comes several months after the EU's reinstatement of tariff breaks for Myanmar under a trade preference program, in light of political reforms in the Southeast Asian country.
