Orbital Drops $515M Suit Against Boeing-Lockheed JV

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Orbital Sciences Corp. on Wednesday agreed to drop a $515 million antitrust suit accusing a joint venture of aerospace giants The Boeing Co. and Lockheed-Martin Corp. of blocking access to certain rocket engines by extending an exclusivity agreement with a Russian engine’s only U.S. sales agent.
