NJ Atty Disbarred For Stealing From Low-Cost Housing Org

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 7:55 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Thursday disbarred an attorney for allegedly stealing thousands from a low-cost housing organization and intentionally overbilling the public defender’s office, two examples in what a disciplinary review board called a “pervasive” pattern of dishonesty and noncompliance with ethics authorities.
