Tobacco Litigation Veterans Join King & Spalding

Law360, New York (April 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two attorneys with years of experience defending R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. in product liability cases have joined the Charlotte, N.C., office of King & Spalding as the firm expands its product liability practice.

Jeff Furr and Ursula Henninger both moved to the firm this week, Furr from his own private practice and Henninger from Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP in Winston-Salem, N.C. Furr was previously a partner at Womble Carlyle, and the two have served as co-counsel on numerous cases.
