RE Rumor Mill: Time Inc., LICH, Mystery Tech Tenant

Time has not yet signed the lease, and the deal could still fall through, according to the New York Times. But sources told the paper that the company passed up spaces at 4 World Trade Center and 85 Broad St. to land at Liberty St.'s Brookfield Place. The College Board agreed to make a similar move in January, relocating from 45 Columbus Ave. near Lincoln Center to Brookfield's 250 Vesey St....
