TransCanada Land Seizure Appeal Dies At Texas High Court

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 4:13 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court rejected on Friday a petition for review by a North Texas landowner who argued that TransCanada Corp. cannot legally run a segment of its Keystone XL pipeline across her property.
