SG Can Participate In Fifth Third Oral Args, Justices Say

Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2014, 5:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Friday allowed the solicitor general to participate in oral arguments in Fifth Third Bancorp's appeal of a ruling that revived a proposed class action claiming the company's retirement plan wrongly lost millions by investing in its own stock despite its dismal performance.
