Enough With The 'Troll' Talk — We Need Strong Patents

Law360, New York (April 1, 2014, 12:02 PM EDT) -- Enough with the "troll" talk. Policymakers and patent insiders need to adopt a positive approach that emphasizes promoting innovation and job creation, rather than trying to attack an ill-defined enemy. We need to stand behind and maintain our country's strong patent system and lead the way for countries around the world to do the same.
