DOL Audits Could Disrupt Military Health Contracts, DHA Says

Law360, New York (March 21, 2014, 8:40 PM ET) -- The general counsel of the Defense Health Agency, which is monitoring the U.S. Department of Labor's efforts to assert jurisdiction over the employment practices of health care providers that participate in military health contracts, warned Friday that DOL jurisdiction could drive providers out of participation in such contracts.
