Travelocity Settles Another Md. County Hotel Tax Suit

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 4:58 PM EDT) -- Whittling away at a pile of hotel occupancy tax litigation in Maryland federal court, Travelocity.com LP has struck a confidential settlement with Montgomery County to dismiss claims that the online travel agency has not fully paid up its tax bill, according to an order filed Thursday.
