Aetna Slams Shareholder's Bid To Delay Meeting

Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 4:33 PM EDT) -- Aetna Inc. fired back Friday in a New York federal court against a shareholder’s attempt to delay the health care giant’s upcoming annual shareholder meeting as part of a suit accusing it of sending out false and misleading proxy statements in past years, arguing the shareholder has not made a showing to justify delaying the meeting.
