Judge Keeps Train Derailment Suit In NJ Federal Court

Law360, New York (March 25, 2014, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A lawsuit against rail companies including Consolidated Rail Corp. over a 2012 New Jersey derailment will remain in federal court, after a federal judge denied for the second time in five months the plaintiffs’ attempts to move the case to state court based on where the parties are located.
