Parmalat’s $10B Suit V. Bank of America To Proceed

Law360, New York (February 03, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a blow to Bank of America, a federal judge has given Parmalat SpA the green light to proceed with a $10 billion lawsuit against the bank, part of the vast array of litigation undertaken by the Italian dairy giant’s new management in the wake of its 2003 collapse.
