Creditor Wants Trustee In Money Centers Of America Ch. 11

Law360, Wilmington (March 25, 2014, 8:05 PM ET) -- The creditor whose contract dispute in part drove casino check cashing firm Money Centers of America Inc. into bankruptcy said on Tuesday that it intends to request either a Chapter 11 trustee be appointed in the case or that it be converted to a Chapter 7 proceeding.
