Eliot Spitzer has put a large portfolio of apartments owned by his family up for sale, and Crain's reports that they could be worth more than $145 million. The 144 rental units on Manhattan's East Side are at the Corinthian, which Eliot Spitzer's father, Bernard Spitzer, developed in the 1980s.
