McAndrews, Schiff Blasted For 'Bad Faith' IP Suit

Law360, New York (April 8, 2014, 1:07 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge released an opinion Monday blasting attorneys from McAndrews Held & Malloy Ltd. and Schiff Hardin LLP for their “bad faith” litigation on behalf of Arachnid Inc. in a digital jukebox patent dispute, awarding fees and expenses to TouchTunes Music Corp.
