NAICO Pans Arbitration Of $2.7M Greenberg Malpractice Suit

Law360, Houston (March 25, 2014, 7:25 PM EDT) -- National American Insurance Co. told a Texas appeals court Monday that Greenberg Traurig LLP shouldn't be allowed to enforce an arbitration agreement in a $2.7 million malpractice suit that alleges the firm missed appellate deadlines in a wrongful death case.
