Nucor, Reliance Hit With $52M Verdict In Steel Boycott Case

Law360, Houston (March 25, 2014, 5:01 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal jury on Tuesday slapped a group of major steel manufacturers and suppliers including Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. and Nucor Corp. with a $52 million verdict for allegedly conspiring to run a competing steel distributor out of business.
