Port Authority Seeks More Coverage In WTC Asbestos Row

Law360, New York (March 26, 2014, 5:46 PM EDT) -- The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on Wednesday told a New York judge that an American International Group Inc. unit must pay all of its attorneys’ fees stemming from a judgment that the insurer must defend it against asbestos-related injury claims from the original World Trade Center's construction workers.
