Asustek Sues IBM Over Network, Server Patents

Law360, New York (April 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Taiwanese technology company Asustek Computer Inc., which is being sued by IBM Corp. for patent infringement, has fired off its own lawsuit claiming the computer giant infringed Asustek's patents for remote storage and modulized server technology.

Asustek's lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, claims that IBM is selling products that infringe two of its patents.
