Cozen O'Connor Aims To Recoup $50M For Bankrupt Casino

Law360, Philadelphia (April 04, 2014, 1:37 PM ET) -- The partnership behind Philadelphia’s defunct Foxwoods Casino project, which on Monday filed for bankruptcy, asked a judge Wednesday to allow Cozen O’Connor to represent it in recouping a $50 million licensing fee paid to the state.
