Feds Defend Conspiracy Charge Against Rajaratnam Brother

Law360, New York (April 8, 2014, 2:33 PM ET) -- Prosecutors fired back at the brother of convicted inside trader Raj Rajaratnam on Monday in New York federal court, saying his recent arguments to have a conspiracy count against him dismissed are “demonstrably wrong.”
