DOE Greenlights ConocoPhillips Alaska LNG Exports

Law360, New York (April 14, 2014, 5:52 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Energy on Monday said ConocoPhillips Co. could resume exporting liquefied natural gas from its terminal in Cook Inlet, Alaska, to countries that don't have free trade agreements with the U.S., and the company said it will do so this spring.
