Cendant Jury Hangs Again In Retrial Of Former Exec

Law360, New York (February 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- For the second time in a little over a year, another jury has deadlocked in the fraud trial of former Cendant Corp. executive Walter Forbes, with jurors unable to reach a unanimous verdict on charges that he participated in a $3 billion accounting scheme at the travel and real estate firm.
