Clear Channel Buyout Suit Headed To Trial

Law360, New York (April 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawsuit by Clear Channel Communications Inc. against six banks it accuses of trying to block a $19.4 billion buyout of the company is reportedly slated to go to trial in June, following a ruling by a Texas judge.
