Committee Answers Medtronic Plaintiffs' Objections

Law360, New York (April 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A claims review committee has launched a slew of responses to nearly 80 plaintiffs' individual objections to the proposed allocation of funds from the $141.1 million Medtronic has agreed to shell out to settle claims over its allegedly faulty defibrillators.

The group of responses, entered Friday by the plaintiffs' claims review committee in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, were filed under seal because they contained confidential medical records and information.
