Fedders Seeks Third Exclusivity Extension

Law360, New York (April 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Air-conditioner manufacturer Fedders Corp. has asked for a third extension of its exclusivity period to file a reorganization plan, warning the court overseeing its Chapter 11 proceedings that if it allows the filing of competing restructuring plans, resulting expenses could diminish creditors' recoveries.
