Syms Landlords Blast Approval Of $30M HQ Lease Sale

Law360, Wilmington (May 1, 2014, 9:04 PM ET) -- The landlords of Syms Corp.'s New Jersey headquarters lodged an emergency request late Wednesday for a Delaware bankruptcy judge to rethink his decision to allow the reorganized debtor’s $30 million sale of the property’s lease rather than honor their previous deal, arguing the court’s opinion contained “defects.”
