Workers Twisted Comcast Class Argument, Duane Reade Says

Law360, New York (May 02, 2014, 8:17 PM ET) -- Duane Reade Inc. on Tuesday urged the Second Circuit to strip class certification from a group of assistant managers in an overtime dispute, saying the employees distorted the company's arguments about how the U.S. Supreme Court's Comcast v. Behrend ruling affects class certification.
