IRS Finalizes ACA Exchange Info Sharing Rule

Law360, Washington (May 02, 2014, 8:36 PM ET) -- The Internal Revenue Service on Friday issued its final regulations for the required reporting of individuals’ information by Affordable Care Act insurance exchanges used by the agency to correctly determine premium subsidies, making minor tweaks from its proposed version of the rule.
