Carnival Asks 9th Circ. For Piece Of Virgin Price-Fix Deal

Law360, Los Angeles (May 13, 2014, 4:38 PM ET) -- Carnival PLC urged the Ninth Circuit on Tuesday to make it a class member in multimillion-dollar settlements with Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. and British Airways PLC over fuel surcharge price-fixing, saying it was overcharged for airline tickets it sold to guests as part of cruise ship travel packages.
