Texas Jury Issues $84M Verdict Against U-Haul

Law360, New York (April 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas jury has issued an $84.25 million verdict against Amerco's U-Haul International Inc., saying the company should pay up for injuries sustained by a 74-year-old man who was severely injured when the U-Haul truck he rented rolled over him.
