Exide Asks To Extend Ch. 11 Exclusivity Over New Air Regs

Law360, Wilmington (May 14, 2014, 9:16 PM ET) -- Battery maker Exide Technologies asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Wednesday to extend its Chapter 11 exclusivity period through the end of July, saying creditors need time to review amended projections that address the impact of recent environmental regulations on its California battery recycling plant.
