More Starbucks Workers Steamed Over Tip-Sharing

Law360, New York (April 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- With Starbucks Corp. baristas recently scoring a big win over the company's tip-sharing policies, assistant managers and trainees have become the latest category of employees to assail the coffee chain for allegedly unfair labor practices.
