Stark of the District of Delaware recently ruled on a motion for summary judgment brought by defendant Xilinx Inc. in Intellectual Ventures I LLC et al. v. Xilinx Inc., C.A. No. 10-1065-LPS, Mem. Order (D. Del. April 21, 2014).
