USPTO Upheld Some Patent Claims In 41% Of AIA Reviews

Law360, New York (May 22, 2014, 5:42 PM ET) -- About 41 percent of the inter partes reviews completed to date have upheld at least some of the challenged claims, a statistic that shows the office does not have an agenda to invalidate patents, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office officials said Thursday.
