7th Circ. Told ABA Retirement Program Exempt From Taxes

Law360, Chicago (June 05, 2014, 3:01 PM ET) -- The American Bar Association’s retirement planning arm pressed the Seventh Circuit on Thursday for a refund of all the taxes it paid over a three-year span more than a decade ago, claiming it qualifies as a tax-exempt “business league.”
