Ex-Adobe Engineer Blasts 'Inadequate' $324M Poaching Deal

Law360, New York (June 06, 2014, 4:20 PM ET) -- A lead plaintiff in the massive antitrust class action alleging that Google Inc., Apple Inc., Intel Corp. and Adobe Systems Inc. agreed not to poach one another's employees sharply criticized the case's proposed $324 million settlement on Thursday, arguing that the deal lets the companies off too lightly.
