8th Circ. Overturns Rulings On Hostess License Transfers

Law360, Los Angeles (June 06, 2014, 9:10 PM ET) -- The Eighth Circuit on Friday found that, because a trademark licensing deal struck by the bankrupt Interstate Brands Corp., part of which later became Hostess Brands LLC, was mostly completed by the company, it was not able to be rejected in bankruptcy courts.
